Fullstack Developer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with work from home up to 80% of the time and 20% of office time.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Build backend services and APIs with C#/.NET and Node.js/TypeScript.
• Develop modern frontend experiences with React and TypeScript.
• Own features and services from technical design through production, including diagnosing complex technical issues.
• Contribute to architecture and technical decisions while balancing quality, scalability, security, and delivery speed.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with Product, Design, QA, Platform, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with C#/.NET, Node.js, TypeScript, React, and modern frontend development.
• Experience designing APIs and distributed backend services.
• Knowledge of software design principles, relational and/or NoSQL databases, and automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud environments, containers, observability, and production operations.
• Strong understanding of application security and performance.
• Deep hands-on engineering experience, ownership of outcomes, clear technical communication, mentoring ability, and meaningful use of AI-assisted development tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-scale distributed systems, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, event-driven architectures, developer tooling, or production LLM/AI integrations.
