Senior Business Analyst – Guidewire PolicyCenter (ACE Certified)

Location: Bulgaria or Romania; candidates must work from the European Union region and hold a work permit

What you will do

• Elicit and analyze client business needs.
• Co-create and model solution visions aligned with customer priorities and available resources.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for IT systems.
• Model system integrations and datasets.
• Collaborate with development teams from initial concept through final delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• ACE certification is required.
• Familiarity with ContactManager and its integration with PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter.
• Experience with modern IT technologies, integration and backend services, and system integrations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build relationships with senior management.

Nice to have

• Experience across the full Guidewire suite, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
