Java Developer

hirify.global is a Germany-based sports betting and technology company developing products and services for online sports betting.

What you will do

• Design high-performing Java-based services in a complex system landscape.
• Conceptualize, design, and implement modern solutions based on Spring Boot.
• Contribute to the new technology stack while maintaining the existing legacy system.
• Guide software projects from initial draft through production.
• Document software architectures and transfer technical knowledge.
• Conduct code and design reviews and coach more junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree and 3–6 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Java skills with experience using Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Strong database knowledge and SQL skills.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes or Docker and basic Linux knowledge.
• Experience with Git, Maven, and building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.
• Good knowledge of English is required for communication within the company.
