Maintenance Manager (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Lead and guide the maintenance team and coordinate external contractors.
• Act as the first responder for technical issues across the hub.
• Plan and manage daily maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, and other building systems.
• Track, log, and follow up on work orders using Salesforce.
• Monitor budgets, review invoices, and maintain clear maintenance records.
• Register monthly utility consumption and support energy efficiency, safety, fire protection, and compliance activities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance management, ideally in hospitality.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach and ability to remain calm during urgent technical issues.
• Experience coordinating contractors and guiding a team.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Spanish is required; English is a plus.
