ERP Data Analyst

hirify.global develops Excel-based reporting solutions and integrations for ERP platforms including Acumatica, MYOB, Cegid, and Sage Intacct.

What you will do

• Demonstrate product capabilities, answer technical questions, and explain complex functionalities to prospective customers.
• Create proofs of concept that showcase reporting capabilities.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements, identify roadblocks, estimate project scope, and prepare specification documents.
• Develop customer reports based on approved specifications using Excel and SQL.
• Support new users, troubleshoot common issues, and conduct training sessions for clients, partners, and colleagues.
• Create training materials and documentation for users with different skill levels while maintaining knowledge of integrated ERP systems and reporting trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, computer science, or engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in the enterprise software industry.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including dynamic arrays, filters, conditional formatting, pivot tables, lambdas, data-enhancement functions, and data sources.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL for manipulating and extracting data.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and accounting fundamentals.

• Experience with an ERP system, particularly Acumatica or Sage Intacct.
