Netsuite Developer (NetSuite)

What you will do

• Gather, document, and prioritize requirements for NetSuite enhancements and new functionality with finance, accounting, and operations stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Configure and maintain saved searches, custom fields, forms, roles, workflows, and other NetSuite features.
• Plan and execute user acceptance testing, create test cases, and track defects for NetSuite releases.
• Resolve user and system issues, including issues affecting financial reporting during period close.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and integration teams while maintaining process, configuration, and change documentation.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a business systems analyst, including direct NetSuite experience in finance and accounting environments.
• Advanced knowledge of NetSuite General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets modules.
• Expertise configuring saved searches, custom fields, forms, roles, workflows, and system settings.
• Ability to write and interpret SuiteAnalytics reports.
• Experience planning UAT, developing test cases, tracking defects, and troubleshooting NetSuite issues.
• Remote work associated with Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zip or similar procurement and purchase order management platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce-to-NetSuite integration processes.
• Exposure to multi-subsidiary NetSuite environments.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or major system upgrades.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation or ERP Consultant certification.
