Technical Apprentice (Mechatronics)

Location: Peachtree Corners, Georgia / Atlanta, Georgia; frequent travel within North America required

What you will do

• Complete structured two-year mechatronics education through an education partner in Georgia.
• Install and commission electrical asset monitoring equipment at customer sites alongside experienced engineers.
• Diagnose technical issues, interpret system information, and support customers and field engineers.
• Configure, test, calibrate, repair, and maintain monitoring systems and equipment.
• Develop experience in inventory, operations, and advanced field troubleshooting.
• Travel frequently to North American customer locations for installations, service, and training assignments.

Requirements

• Strong fundamental mathematics and logical problem-solving skills.
• Interest in electrical, mechanical, engineering, or technology-related work.
• Curiosity about equipment and systems, with willingness to learn through hands-on work.
• Ability to work with tools and equipment in industrial and utility environments while following electrical and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with reliability, personal responsibility, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Fluent spoken and written English; willingness and ability to travel frequently within North America.

Nice to have

• Recent high school graduation, college or technical education, or coursework in technical, vocational, STEM, or engineering subjects.
