Senior Project Manager / Release Train Engineer (SAFe) - Embedded & Telecom Products

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end project delivery across scope, requirements, scheduling, dependencies, budget, quality, and closure.
• Lead globally distributed project teams across four or more sites and coordinate cross-cultural stakeholder collaboration.
• Act as Release Train Engineer by facilitating ART events, coordinating PI Planning, supporting Agile teams, and removing impediments.
• Manage embedded software and hardware programs for SIM, eSIM, and iSIM products, including secure provisioning, lifecycle management, and remote subscription management.
• Coordinate GSMA, ETSI, and 3GPP compliance and certification activities.
• Drive ISO 9001 audit preparation, delivery governance, risk management, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 15–20 years of professional experience and a B.E., B.Tech, MCA, MCS, M.Tech, or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Fluent English and proven ability to work directly with executives and clients.
• At least 5–8 years of engineering project management experience, including global multi-site and cross-time-zone collaboration.
• Experience as a Release Train Engineer or Scrum Master in SAFe environments, including PI Planning, ART coordination, and Inspect & Adapt.
• Experience delivering embedded projects and leading SIM, eSIM, or iSIM product development programs.
• Working knowledge of GSMA, ETSI, and 3GPP standards, ISO 9001 quality management, and audit preparation.

Nice to have

• SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, or SAFe Release Train Engineer certification.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Prior experience as a developer, tester, architect, or requirements manager.
