TL;DR
Data Scientist (AI) (Python/ML/NLP): Designing and deploying end-to-end machine learning models and agentic pipelines that personalize sales experiences and improve engagement, revenue, and retention with an accent on tabular data, time series analysis, and text-based data. Focus on building scalable production ML systems, defining success criteria with stakeholders, and owning monitoring and maintenance.
Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Design and deploy end-to-end machine learning models that improve engagement, revenue, and retention.
- Build robust and efficient agentic pipelines for personalized user experiences.
- Collaborate with ML engineers, product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize data science problems.
- Apply classic and state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to complex business problems.
- Own solutions from success criteria through production monitoring and maintenance.
- Use AI development tools to accelerate development and increase productivity.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on data science experience, including developing ML systems.
- MSc or PhD in a relevant quantitative field with a thesis.
- Proficiency in Python, Spark, Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and scikit-learn.
- Experience with tabular data, time series analysis, and robust, scalable ML pipelines.
- Experience with text-based data and NLP is required.
- Experience with agentic flow development and deploying end-to-end ML models into production is required.
Nice to have
- Experience training models for adaptive or individualized user experiences.
- Experience with Big Data technologies such as Spark and Databricks.
