Senior Data Scientist (AI)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Design and deploy end-to-end machine learning models that improve business metrics.
• Build robust and efficient agentic pipelines for personalized user experiences.
• Work with business stakeholders to define and prioritize problems for data science and machine learning solutions.
• Own solutions end to end, including success criteria, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with machine learning engineers, product managers, and data engineers.
• Participate in research sessions to test new ideas and share knowledge.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on data science experience, including development of machine learning systems.
• MSc or PhD in a relevant quantitative field with a thesis.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with Spark, Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with tabular data, time series analysis, and robust, scalable machine learning pipelines.
• Experience with text-based data and NLP is required.
• Experience with agentic flow development and deploying end-to-end ML models into production is required.

Nice to have

• Experience training models for adaptive or individualized user experiences.
• Experience with Big Data technologies such as Spark and Databricks.
