TL;DR
Design Lead (Brand Systems/Motion): Building and scaling ITRS's visual identity across campaigns, web, events, sales, and product marketing with an accent on brand systems, repeatable templates, and motion principles. Focus on leading high-priority campaigns, mentoring designers, directing creative specialists, and maintaining visual consistency across a growing B2B technology brand.
Location: London, UK; flexible hybrid working.

What you will do
- Set the visual standard across campaigns, web, social, events, sales collateral, and executive communications.
- Translate the new brand identity into scalable design systems, templates, components, and motion principles.
- Lead high-priority campaigns from concept through delivery and present creative rationale to senior stakeholders.
- Mentor and line-manage a Visual Designer while developing the wider freelance creative network.
- Partner with Content, Platform Marketing, Web, and Demand Generation teams to maintain a consistent digital brand experience.
- Prioritize and deliver projects in Asana while maintaining quality and timelines.
Requirements
- 8+ years of design experience, including 2+ years leading a team or function.
- Portfolio demonstrating brand systems and the ability to take a new identity from guidelines to live execution at scale.
- Expertise in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Motion art-direction skills, including familiarity with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and executives, mentoring designers, and defending creative decisions.
- Experience designing for B2B technology and explaining design judgment in commercial terms.

- Web design experience and direct collaboration with web teams.

- Experience storyboarding motion graphics and brand videos.
