What you will do
- Build reporting platforms, dashboards, and monitoring systems for financial accuracy, compliance, and liquidity tracking.
- Develop automated reconciliation systems to identify, investigate, and resolve mismatches across internal and external financial systems.
- Automate the generation of journal and ledger entries for ERP and treasury platforms.
- Implement real-time monitoring and anomaly detection for treasury operations.
- Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Data, Operations, and Compliance to turn domain requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Own projects end-to-end and contribute to systems safeguarding large-scale financial flows.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of software engineering experience; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails or Golang; experience with both is advantageous.
- Strong data analysis skills with BigQuery, SQL optimization, dbt, and OLTP/OLAP tradeoffs.
- Expertise in SQL and database design, plus experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience with microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating ERP finance modules.
- Experience with digital wallets, bank payment rails, or blockchain.
- Knowledge of financial audit and reporting principles.
- Familiarity with Agile, fintech, or financial systems.
