Marketing Operations Specialist (Content Marketing)

What you will do

• Create and manage SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, and social media.
• Develop landing pages, CTAs, email campaigns, gated content, and sales collateral.
• Translate business objectives and marketing strategies into compelling content for specific audiences.
• Set project timelines, coordinate marketing, design, sales, and other stakeholders, and track performance against short- and long-term goals.
• Resolve project issues, make decisions, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintain content quality and consistency with brand guidelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content and marketing management.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of content management and marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with HubSpot and Figma is preferred.
• Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication.
