Senior Product Owner

What you will do

• Lead product vision ideation, design, and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate product vision into roadmaps, value streams, metrics, themes, epics, and user stories.
• Review competitor and customer research, data, and feedback to prioritize digital product delivery.
• Manage squad dependencies, risks, compliance needs, technical debt, and performance reporting.
• Oversee Jira backlogs and collaborate with squads, platforms, business stakeholders, and prospective users.
• Coach Product Owners and squads on product lifecycles, roadmap planning, value realization, and risk management.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in technology functions or digital organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Knowledge of product management and agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with stakeholder relationship management, planning, prioritization, collaboration, and working to deadlines.
• Strong numerical and analytical aptitude.
