Infrastructure Specialist (AWS)

What you will do

• Diagnose complex issues across servers, networks, cloud environments, and enterprise systems.
• Design end-to-end infrastructure solutions across hybrid-cloud and on-premises environments.
• Integrate platforms, automate workflows, and improve reliability, efficiency, and repeatability.
• Assess infrastructure risks and implement measures to prevent service disruptions.
• Coordinate Architects, Project Managers, and Technicians through project delivery.
• Communicate technical solutions to customers and document architectures, procedures, and operational hand-offs.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in a relevant technology domain such as cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data and analytics, or software development.
• Enterprise IT application experience.
• Hands-on experience in software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in the public AWS cloud.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IT concepts, practices, procedures, and technical design techniques.
• Experience producing technical plans, blueprints, drawings, or models.
