SAP Programme Manager (SAP)

What you will do

• Lead major transformation programmes across Contract Lifecycle Management, Source-to-Pay, supplier management, buy journey, and finance and commercial processes.
• Own end-to-end programme planning, including roadmaps, milestones, resources, sequencing, and integrated delivery plans.
• Coordinate business readiness, technology, data, testing, change, and vendor timelines.
• Manage senior stakeholders across geographies, aligning scope, priorities, expectations, and timelines.
• Prepare executive packs, business cases, dashboards, and value-tracking reports.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, investment planning, cost governance, dependencies, and programme risks.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale procurement or finance platform implementations.
• Deep knowledge of SAP, Ariba, Source-to-Pay, Contract Lifecycle Management platforms such as Sirion or Icertis, procurement processes, supplier management, and financial governance.
• Strong programme planning, governance, risk management, and dependency management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
• Ability to manage global stakeholders and multi-market rollouts.

Nice to have

• Experience with platform integrations, data migration, and testing.
• Strong financial management and vendor negotiation capabilities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in shared services, procurement transformation, or enterprise digital programmes.
