Senior Software Engineer, Data Platform

Location: Onsite at hirify.global's HQ in San Mateo, California, United States

Annual pay range: $130,000–$280,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and implement reliable, scalable, and efficient data infrastructure, pipelines, and services.
• Build data products that help teams gain insights and improve hirify.global products and customer experience.
• Develop solutions for data quality, security, and compliance.
• Lead projects from design through implementation.
• Help lead and grow junior engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering-related development.
• In-depth expertise in distributed systems and data processing.
• Experience with data infrastructure and data analytics.
• Strong focus on product quality and building systems for high-quality releases.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience in data visualization and dashboard design.
