What you will do

• Lead people, stakeholder relationships, and delivery across the Ingredients & Foodservice capital portfolio.
• Oversee major capital projects and programmes and translate strategic priorities into investment decisions.
• Strengthen governance, decision-making, commercial performance, and delivery outcomes across the portfolio.
• Influence senior leaders and align diverse stakeholders around common goals.
• Build capability, psychological safety, collaboration, accountability, and high performance within teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and business benefits through strategic investment programmes.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading large-scale capital delivery portfolios, programmes, or projects in complex organisations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams and leaders.
• Strong governance, portfolio management, and commercial acumen, including balancing risk, value, capacity, and delivery outcomes.
• Experience delivering business benefits through strategic investment programmes.
• Experience in process-based industries, ideally food or dairy, and the ability to bring clarity to complexity and drive execution.
