What you will do

  • Design complex analog and mixed-signal high-voltage circuits at transistor level.
  • Define and implement analog blocks in BCD technologies, including SMPSs, LDOs, gate drivers, and charge pumps.
  • Break down system-level requirements into block-level design targets and negotiate chip requirements with internal customers.
  • Collaborate with digital design, layout, verification, and test teams on mixed-signal integration.
  • Perform chip-top-level integration and contribute to tape-outs and silicon validation.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support robust automotive-grade designs.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics, or a comparable field.
  • Long-standing experience in analog or mixed-signal high-voltage and high-power ASIC design, preferably in automotive applications.
  • Good understanding of BCD technologies, analog circuit theory, and physical layout considerations.
  • Proven experience with tape-outs, successful silicon validation, analog-on-top simulation, and mixed-signal verification.
  • Knowledge of functional safety, reliability engineering, EMC/ESD design, robustness testing, and automotive qualification processes.
  • Very good written and spoken English, initiative, and effective communication skills.

Nice to have

  • German language skills.
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers.
