Tactical Buyer (Supply Chain)

hirify.global’s Supplier Operations department secures material availability at the right cost, quality, and time while managing supply chain complexity and production volume growth.

What you will do

• Manage operational procurement activities and suppliers independently.
• Prepare and oversee supplier negotiations, including spend analysis, negotiation tactics, scripts, dry runs, stakeholder coordination, and contract details.
• Manage daily supplier communication, own interaction agendas, and maintain transparent communication records.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Suppliers, and Engineers to build sustainable working relationships.
• Translate business and improvement needs into supplier requirements and support issue resolution.
• Provide supplier performance and planning reports while driving cost efficiency and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, commercial, or a related role, ideally in a technology-intensive industry.
• Experience with R2P, price negotiation, TCO, Supplier Relationship Management, supplier contracting, supply chain processes, or new product introduction.
• Ability to identify and structure opportunities independently, manage stakeholders, solve problems proactively, and drive improvements.
• Strong planning, prioritization, persuasion, collaboration, resilience, and ambiguity-management skills.
• Professional English communication and a TOEIC score above 800.
