Experienced Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician

Location: Fully site-based in Bend, Oregon, USA. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families.

What you will do

• Manufacture clinical trial materials according to approved GMP procedures and quality standards.
• Operate, clean, troubleshoot, and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
• Own assigned equipment and support its lifecycle, qualification, and maintenance activities.
• Support technology transfer, process optimization, and continuous improvement projects.
• Analyze manufacturing data and provide technical insights for project objectives.
• Prepare and maintain GMP procedures, reports, training materials, and other documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant industry experience, or a bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and production processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
