Senior Process Technician (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: On premise in Andover, Massachusetts, United States. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and eligibility.

Salary: $26.86–$44.77 per hour, plus potential overtime, weekend, holiday, and other pay premiums.

What you will do

• Produce drug substances and active biological ingredients in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
• Operate standard manufacturing equipment and ensure equipment functionality.
• Follow established procedures and standard operating procedures to complete assignments safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Support technical operations, process execution, analysis, and the implementation of new technology.
• Identify and solve moderately routine problems, escalating deviations from standard procedures to a supervisor.
• Maintain housekeeping standards, current training status, quality, and compliance with manufacturing requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience using standard manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures in a structured environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and basic computer skills.
• Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States by any employer; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and technical data interpretation skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities, take initiative, and drive continuous improvement.
