Manufacturing Technician IV, Lead - DAP (Days) (Biomanufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead and monitor complex packaging activities on the production floor, including start-up, equipment operation, manual packaging, and line clearances.
• Perform inventory control and reconciliation using SAP and WES.
• Execute equipment qualification and process validation protocols.
• Complete and review complex GMP documentation, batch records, SOPs, and related forms.
• Provide technical guidance and certified on-the-job training to production and mechanical technicians.
• Support lean activities, 5S, problem-solving, continuous improvement projects, and daily Tier 0 meetings.

Requirements

• Significant experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated manufacturing.
• Advanced knowledge of cGMP requirements, quality systems, deviations, change control, and data integrity.
• Experience reviewing critical GMP documentation and batch records for accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize daily activities, resolve complex production issues, and guide team members.
• Experience providing on-the-job training in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate technical information.

Nice to have

• High school, vocational school, or equivalent education.
• 4+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP manufacturing experience.
• Subject-matter resource or production-floor trainer experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience and working knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP, or Veeva Vault.
