Location: Permanent work from home; Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-8:00 PM PST

What you will do

• Develop and execute targeted paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms.
• Create audience-specific ad creatives and copy to drive ticket sales and product visibility.
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve ROI.
• Maintain an engaging social media presence across relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with the business owner on upcoming events and product launches.
• Use audience data and tracking pixels to improve targeting, retargeting, and ad spend allocation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing and paid advertising campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of audience targeting, segmentation, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to interpret analytics and turn data into actionable marketing recommendations.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
