Senior IT Manager (IT Infrastructure)

Location: Onsite five days a week at the London office near Moorgate Station

What you will do

• Develop the IT roadmap, manage the annual IT budget, align technology investments with business goals, and report IT KPIs to leadership.
• Provide IT, security, and compliance input for pre-sales RFIs and RFPs.
• Own and test the disaster recovery plan against business-critical RTO and RPO targets.
• Manage corporate networks, cloud infrastructure, devices, SaaS applications, SSO, MDM, DLP, and end-user support.
• Automate and improve IT operations while managing procurement, inventory, vendors, contracts, and SLAs.
• Own the secure employee technology lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in senior IT roles, preferably in SaaS or technology companies.
• Experience with IT strategy, budgeting, KPI reporting, IT projects, vendor management, contract negotiation, and SLA enforcement.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and expertise in IT service management and operational excellence.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001/27002, SOC 2, and GDPR frameworks.
• Experience managing endpoints with MDM across Windows, macOS, and Linux, plus Google Cloud, Azure, Atlassian, and Zoom.
• Proficiency in scripting, automation, corporate networking, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and VPNs.
