Lead Hedging Representative (FX)

Location: Singapore; hybrid work split between the Robinson Road CBD office and home

What you will do

• Collaborate on the development and pricing of tailored FX derivative solutions.
• Advise new and existing clients on hedging portfolios and lead discovery meetings.
• Execute FX trades and develop customized Hedging & Treasury Policies.
• Present FX risk solutions at industry events and client presentations.
• Build strategic hedging opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements

• Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency is required.
• At least 18 months of hands-on experience delivering FX hedging solutions using forwards and options to corporate or SME clients.
• Strong knowledge of FX option structures and risk management strategies.
• Analytical skills and awareness of technical and fundamental market factors.
• Sales, business development, or existing-client upselling experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, and Reuters, with strong presentation and communication skills.
