💰 Compensation: SGD 117420 - 123600 / year, Bonus

🌱 Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Own real-time functional and technical support for electronic trading, clearing systems, and exchange applications across CDE and Deribit.
2️⃣ Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to exchange functionality, market events, connectivity, product schedules, and business technology.
3️⃣ Provide front-line support for internal and external investigations tied to exchange operations, including error trade analysis and resolution.
4️⃣ Coordinate with product and development teams to launch new products, implement platform updates, and execute deployment testing in pre-production environments.
5️⃣ Support onboarding and ongoing operational enablement of clients and vendors across both exchanges, including prediction markets and event contracts listed on CDE.
6️⃣ Identify, document, and recommend operational process improvements aligned with business objectives and platform growth.

🌵 Requirements:
1️⃣ BA/BS in Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or a technical field, with 1+ years of experience in financial markets operations or a technical operations role.
2️⃣ Demonstrated product and operational knowledge of listed futures or options, including hands-on experience with error trade analysis and resolution.
3️⃣ Proven ability to diagnose and articulate complex technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
4️⃣ Experience delivering multi-channel support (voice, email, chat) with documented ability to maintain quality under high-volume, time-sensitive conditions.
5️⃣ Familiarity with prediction markets, event contracts, FIX protocol, network protocols, SQL, or CRM tools such as Salesforce and JIRA is a plus.
6️⃣ Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
