Supervisor, Service I

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States; hybrid attendance 3–4 days per week with some evening and weekend work

What you will do

• Mentor, coach, and develop a team of 10–12 Customer Service Representatives.
• Support representatives in providing insurance advice to customers.
• Handle escalated customer calls and work toward resolution.
• Complete regular audits to evaluate service quality and performance.
• Educate the team about changes in the insurance industry.

Requirements

• Prior supervisory experience.
• Experience in a high-volume call center or insurance environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and experience.
• Solid computer, grammar, and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• FL 220 or 2044 license is preferred.
