Senior .NET Engineer (Blazor)

What you will do

• Design and implement backend solutions with C#/.NET and frontend solutions with Blazor.
• Collaborate with business analysts and client-side technical teams to clarify requirements and refine solutions.
• Define modernization plans, justify architectural decisions, and document technical risks and mitigations.
• Own tasks from requirements analysis through deployment and release, identifying dependencies and escalating roadblocks independently.
• Contribute to process improvements and the automation of agent management processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of .NET experience.
• Hands-on expertise in C#/.NET backend development and Blazor frontend development.
• Strong SQL experience, including T-SQL and stored procedures.
• Proficiency with Git and Git Flow practices.
• Ability to drive tasks independently from analysis through deployment.
• Experience working as both a solo developer and a team lead on enterprise projects, with a thorough approach to code quality, testing, and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with insurance or financial systems, especially credit insurance.
• Knowledge of system design and architectural documentation.
• Experience migrating monolithic architectures to microservices.
• Familiarity with automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
