Advanced Software Engineer (C#/.NET, React)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Wilmington, Massachusetts, USA headquarters; up to 10% travel to client and customer locations may be required.

Salary: $120,000–$165,000 base annually, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Design, build, and scale real-time distributed fullstack applications such as Control Center and SymMobile using C# .NET, Node.js, and React.
• Architect event-driven integrations between cloud services and on-premise warehouse software using REST APIs, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and SignalR.
• Own complex fullstack features and the end-to-end software lifecycle, including system design, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and production monitoring.
• Lead architectural discussions, establish engineering best practices, conduct code reviews, and mentor mid-level and junior engineers.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI specialists, and edge and hardware teams to define API contracts and deliver technical solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience building scalable, production-grade applications.
• Deep fullstack development expertise with React or modern Angular, Node.js, and C# .NET.
• Strong experience designing distributed systems and event-driven architectures with RabbitMQ, Kafka, and SignalR.
• Degree in Computer Science, a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive and/or fly to client and customer locations.
