Creator Engagement Coordinator (Gaming)

Location: In-office in Irvine, California

Salary: $26.00–$33.00 per hour

What you will do

• Respond to daily inquiries from creator partners and coordinate accurate responses with internal stakeholders.
• Research, evaluate, and conduct outreach to content creators across platforms while maintaining organized creator information.
• Coordinate and execute creator campaigns supporting multiple gaming titles.
• Distribute b-roll packages, creator kits, and other digital or physical campaign materials.
• Prepare reports covering creator activity, media coverage, opportunities, successes, and feedback.
• Assist with capture events for live and unreleased titles and collaborate with global internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• In-office attendance in Irvine, California is required for supervision, collaboration, brainstorming, information sharing, and workflow efficiency.
• At least 1 year of experience in creator relations, influencer marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, collaboration, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple processes in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Discord.
• Ability to monitor social media trends and identify emerging opportunities, issues, and relationships in the online gaming community.

• Experience working directly with gaming creators, influencers, or creator communities.
