Salesforce Implementer (Salesforce): Implementing and optimizing Salesforce CRM solutions across the organization with an accent on requirements analysis, scalable configuration, integrations, and user adoption. Focus on configuring automation and reporting, supporting enterprise-system integrations, ensuring data quality, and delivering testing, training, and post-go-live support.
Location: Chișinău, Moldova; hybrid work arrangement

What you will do
- Lead Salesforce implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.
- Analyze business processes and translate stakeholder needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and customize objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and user interfaces.
- Support integrations with enterprise systems and maintain data quality and system reliability.
- Perform testing, user training, documentation, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience implementing and configuring Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Strong Salesforce Administration knowledge, including security, reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation tools.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, CRM best practices, and business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Good written and spoken English required.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Developer background.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration projects.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator.
