Social Media & Technology Support Specialist

What you will do

• Manage social media activities across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Develop and maintain content calendars, posting plans, and audience engagement recommendations.
• Edit existing video content into short-form Reels and TikTok videos.
• Assist with new software implementation and rollout, including calls with software providers.
• Troubleshoot basic technology and software issues and coordinate technical next steps.
• Track outstanding technology tasks and provide clear updates on completed work, pending items, and next steps.

Requirements

• Experience managing business social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Video editing experience with short-form content and Reels.
• Strong general technology and software skills, with the ability to learn and implement new platforms.
• Strong organization, follow-through, independence, and ownership of recurring responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• A relevant work portfolio.
