Social Media Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and own Luminar’s social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Translate brand strategy into channel-specific content pillars, editorial plans, and platform opportunities.
• Plan, create, edit, and publish social-first content, including short-form videos and visual assets.
• Monitor performance, define metrics, run creative experiments, and optimize content based on audience insights.
• Collaborate with photographers, ambassadors, and creators on campaigns and community-driven storytelling.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience managing social media for a brand.
• Experience growing Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube organically.
• A strong portfolio of high-performing social content.
• Hands-on experience editing short-form video and applying design principles.
• Experience using analytics to improve performance.
• Ability to work independently from ideation through publication.

Nice to have

• Photography experience or photography as a hobby.
• Experience with photo editing software such as Luminar, Lightroom, or Photoshop.
