Lead Fullstack Developer (Java/React)

Location: Onsite at FN Tower in Omaha, Nebraska, United States

Salary: $107,552–$182,838 base pay annually

What you will do

• Collaborate with development teams, product managers, product owners, and business stakeholders to define solutions, projects, epics, and user stories.
• Design client-side, server-side, and mobile architecture, including micro-frontend solutions.
• Build secure, reusable, scalable, resilient, and mobile-responsive applications.
• Establish front-end standards and guide the adoption of architecture, technology, and software development best practices.
• Mentor developers and participate in Scrum ceremonies and Centers of Excellence.
• Test, troubleshoot, and debug software while creating security and data protection settings.

Requirements

• Must work onsite at the Omaha, Nebraska location.
• Must possess unrestricted United States work authorization and must not require future sponsorship.
• 5+ years of experience with front-end languages and libraries including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, Angular, and React.
• 5+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Kotlin, plus REST API design and implementation.
• Experience with OpenAPI/Swagger, SOAP APIs, databases, web servers, software design principles, and UI prototype design.
• Knowledge of test-driven and behavior-driven development, automated testing, Git, and related repository platforms.

Nice to have

• Financial services industry experience.
• Experience with AI engineering tools for accelerating software development pipelines.
• AWS native development experience.
• Knowledge of Gradle, Apache Maven, or Apache Ant.
