What you will do

• Develop business and marketing plans, assess market penetration, and position products to strengthen competitive advantage, revenue, and market share.
• Recommend investment decisions for new product development and support strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct competitive analysis, including Red Team Analysis, for specific products and product lines.
• Support pricing strategies and create marketing tools for successful product introductions.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales to develop and improve products and communicate market needs.
• Support field account strategies and manage product releases through the end of the product life cycle.

Requirements

• New college graduate profile with conceptual knowledge in marketing or a related discipline.
• Understanding of key business drivers and technical and business environments.
• Ability to solve straightforward problems using technical experience, judgment, and established precedents.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and provide informal guidance to new team members.
• Availability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
