Location: San Francisco, California; onsite

What you will do

• Develop, report, and manage schedule data across a portfolio of assigned construction projects.
• Maintain and update Primavera P6 project schedules, monitoring milestones, critical paths, delays, and deviations.
• Review contractor schedule submittals for accuracy, compliance, and schedule risks.
• Analyze construction delays, recommend workarounds and schedule improvements, and advise project managers about schedule impacts from change orders.
• Communicate schedule status through meetings and formal or informal reports.
• Support delay analysis, claims defense, and litigation-related schedule reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• At least five years of construction project controls experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and Primavera software.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco, California.
• Ability to work in a professional office environment involving prolonged sitting, computer use, communication, and occasional physical activity.
