Senior Fullstack Engineer - DevOps & Infrastructure (Ruby on Rails)

What you will do

• Own product features across the full stack from concept through production.
• Build core features and shape AWS/GCP cloud infrastructure, deployment tooling, and CI/CD environments.
• Scale generation and media-processing pipelines while balancing throughput, memory efficiency, and cost per asset.
• Architect resilient asynchronous workflows using queues, retries, idempotency, webhooks, and rate limits.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and tracing to diagnose bottlenecks and resolve production issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping web products end to end.
• Deep hands-on experience building and scaling Ruby on Rails applications across the full stack.
• Strong background in asynchronous systems and high-throughput data or media processing.
• Experience owning production operations, including cloud environments, deployment, monitoring, incident response, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Solid security practices covering least privilege, secrets handling, and dependency hygiene.

Nice to have

• Experience with generative AI orchestration, cloud cost engineering, or image and media-heavy applications.
• Experience running platform migrations or public work samples.
