Commercial Motor Broker Support (Insurance)

Location: Orpington, England, United Kingdom; office-based role

What you will do

• Prepare new business quotes, negotiate terms, place cover, and complete related administration.
• Manage renewal negotiations, broking, and administration in line with company targets.
• Process midterm adjustments and maintain accurate client records.
• Handle incoming and outbound calls with new and existing clients.
• Maintain day-to-day compliance procedures relating to FCA regulation.
• Manage an individual diary and cross-sell other insurance products.

Requirements

• Previous experience in administration and customer service.
• Interest in joining the insurance industry.
• Willingness to work as part of a team in an office environment.
• Previous insurance account management or broker support experience is desirable but not essential.
