Senior Product Manager

Location: Remote within Colombia

What you will do

• Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with business goals and strategy.
• Establish product vision, goals, functionality, requirements, and shared priorities with cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain feature backlogs and product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications.
• Prioritize development with engineering, support technical implementation decisions, collaborate with QA on acceptance testing, and lead product launches.
• Validate strategic opportunities through user research, data analysis, A/B testing, and competitive research.
• Represent users and stakeholders, improve working processes, and mentor and manage team members.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience analyzing business problems, prioritizing solutions, and creating engaging product experiences.
• Understanding of technology, agile methodologies, and development roles and responsibilities.
• Experience using measurable approaches, analyzing metrics, and turning data into relevant insights.
• Strong communication, storytelling, empathy, systems thinking, and ability to balance competing priorities across multiple projects.
• Ability to collaborate across creative, data and analytics, technology, and program disciplines, with strong appreciation for design and user experience.
