TL;DR
UX/UI (Design): Designing and optimizing user journeys, personas, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces with an accent on user research, Design Thinking, and User-Centered Design. Focus on creating user-centered experiences with Figma or Sketch and applying UX/UI expertise to banking and financial-sector projects.
Location: Remote within Portugal, with occasional trips to the Lisbon office

What you will do
- Design and optimize user journeys.
- Conduct user research and define user personas.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interface designs.
- Apply Design Thinking and User-Centered Design methodologies.
- Collaborate with client projects across technology sectors.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Experience with user research, personas, wireframes, prototypes, and interface design.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking and User-Centered Design.
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Fluency in Portuguese at B2 level or higher.
- Must be based in Portugal and available for occasional trips to the Lisbon office.
