Software Engineer (Go, Python, CI/CD Platform) (Go)

Location: Hybrid in São Paulo, Brazil

What you will do

• Build and maintain backend services in Go and Python.
• Develop automation that scales across thousands of engineers.
• Design and deploy cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Linux.
• Architect integrations between GitHub, Sourcegraph, SonarQube, Artifactory, and other enterprise platforms.
• Evaluate emerging tools and promote modern engineering practices.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule supporting critical infrastructure for seven days of 12-hour coverage, followed by two weeks off.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience writing backend services or automation with a high-level programming language, preferably Go, Python, or Node.js.
• At least two years of experience developing software release pipelines with CI/CD platforms, preferably GitHub, GitLab, or Forgejo Actions.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery best practices.
• Experience deploying, configuring, and operating Linux systems, preferably Debian-based distributions.
• Ability to communicate clearly with geographically distributed colleagues using asynchronous communication tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitHub and Artifactory.
• Experience with Terraform, OpenTofu, or Pulumi for cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
