Staff Product Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product execution across discovery, delivery, and iteration for SaaS, API, payments, and infrastructure products.
• Engage weekly with front desk staff, providers, developers, and patients to understand user problems.
• Develop and prioritize roadmaps using first-principles thinking.
• Partner with Design and Engineering through fast build cycles and define exceptional end-to-end user experiences.
• Work with Sales, Customer Success, and go-to-market teams to support launches, adoption, and feedback loops.
• Define and manage feature-level and platform-level product metrics.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience as a full-stack product owner in SaaS or API businesses.
• Proven success operating at $100M–$500M+ scale and supporting complex go-to-market motions.
• Strong first-principles thinking, systems design, and design thinking skills.
• Ability to move from technical details to user experience, clarify complex product areas, and prioritize effectively in ambiguity.
• Deep ownership mentality with a focus on product quality, user outcomes, speed, and simplicity.

Nice to have

• Experience building API-first products for a developer ecosystem.
