Staff Engineer (AWS/C#/Golang)

Base pay: $153,800–$211,400 per year

What you will do

• Architect, develop, and scale secure, performant, and resilient SaaS platform solutions for Studio customers.
• Provide technical leadership across architecture, implementation, and operation of platform solutions.
• Work with Architecture, InfoSec, DevOps, Product Management, and engineering teams to translate product requirements into applications.
• Lead multi-year technical projects by breaking work into milestones and driving delivery to completion.
• Serve as the subject-matter expert for complex areas of the systems and quickly contribute to unfamiliar codebases.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to less senior developers.

Requirements

• 15+ years of industry experience developing highly available backend services.
• 10+ years building cloud applications on AWS and strong experience with cloud-native architecture.
• 5+ years leading developer teams and experience acting as a technical lead on large, multi-year projects.
• Recent development experience with C# and Golang.
• Strong knowledge of microservices, containerization, container orchestration, CI/CD automation, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools.
• Experience with relational SQL databases, Entity Framework, and NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB or MongoDB.
