AI Project Manager

Location: Iselin, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $70–$80 per hour

What you will do

• Lead or support large-scale cross-functional programs and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Maintain project plans, milestone trackers, RAID logs, action registers, dependency maps, and governance documentation.
• Facilitate meetings, coordinate stakeholders, and drive accountability for commitments and deliverables.
• Prepare executive communications, status reports, and presentation materials.
• Support AI, analytics, surveillance, regulatory, data, and technology initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business execution, project management, PMO, strategic planning, implementation, or a related field.
• Experience leading or supporting large-scale cross-functional programs and managing concurrent initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage deliverables independently, influence decision-making, and drive execution in a highly matrixed environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
• Location: Iselin, New Jersey, United States.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of project management experience in financial services, compliance, risk, technology, data, surveillance, or regulatory organizations.
• Experience working with Compliance, Risk, Technology, Data Science, Operations, and Control partners.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Smartsheet, Tableau, or Power BI.
