Management Accountant (Finance)

What you will do

• Review transactional data and analyze income and expenses against forecast and budget, including divisional performance.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, budgets, reconciliations, and account analysis.
• Produce mid-month performance reports, management commentary, Board packs, and Business Review packs.
• Review data quality and prepare schedules for SOX reporting, RMAR submissions, statutory accounts, and audit.
• Support the Finance Manager with onboarding additional divisions and work with finance partners on change and efficiency initiatives.
• Build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders and help coach Assistant Management Accountants.

Requirements

• Part-qualified accountant.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Highly organized, proactive, and flexible approach.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and deliver timely results.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team approach.
