Senior Property Valuer

What you will do

• Conduct market valuations and physical inspections for residential, commercial, retail, industrial, mixed-use, and land assets.
• Prepare and sign professional valuation reports using Market, Income, and Cost Approaches in line with RICS standards.
• Deliver valuations for financing, acquisitions, disposals, investments, litigation, inheritance, portfolio management, and regulatory purposes.
• Monitor UAE real estate trends, maintain comparable sales and leasing databases, and provide market intelligence.
• Maintain complete valuation documentation and register completed valuations through the DLD electronic system.
• Build the valuation function, develop bank panel relationships, and mentor future valuers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Economics, or a related field; the degree must be attested.
• Minimum five years of property valuation experience in the UAE.
• RERA/DLD Valuer registration, eligibility for a RERA Practice Card, and annual CPD compliance.
• RICS Registered Valuer status or RICS membership (MRICS).
• Valid Dubai Police Good Conduct Certificate and driving licence.
• Experience with IVS, the RICS Red Book, financial modelling, investment analysis, Excel, valuation software such as Argus Enterprise, professional reporting, and stakeholder management.
