• Manage service income and value-added targets for MHV and LV teams in line with approved budgets.
• Optimize the utilization of delivery resources, including staff, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Oversee department competence evaluations, performance appraisals, and professional improvement.
• Identify emerging business opportunities and ensure the effective commercialization of new services.
• Maintain and develop relationships with key strategic accounts.
• Supervise the department to ensure strict adherence to customer standards and testing quality.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of related experience with technical or standard knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven project management skills.
• Technical expertise and certification in the responsible service area.
• Good oral and written English proficiency.
• Strong awareness of quality and leadership capabilities.
