Sr Manager, Analytics & AI Solutions

Location: 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, New York; hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of four days per week in the office

Salary: $140,000–$175,000 per year, plus bonus and long-term incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Define and execute the analytics product strategy for Studio Distribution across theatrical, home entertainment, and global TV distribution.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities that improve workflows, user experience, and operational efficiency.
• Establish unified views of title, sales, financial, content supply chain, and performance data across channels, windows, and territories.
• Align data models, KPIs, business definitions, data sources, and analytics roadmaps across distribution lines and enterprise standards.
• Deliver trusted, usable analytics products through Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, Salesforce, and Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Lead and develop a geographically distributed analytics product team while establishing stakeholder engagement and delivery accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in analytics, insights, or analytics product leadership, including 3+ years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML capabilities and experience identifying practical, high-value AI use cases.
• Experience defining analytics strategy across multiple business lines and working in complex, matrixed enterprise environments.
• Experience with complex data ecosystems, enterprise BI platforms, Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, Salesforce, or Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and team development skills.

• Experience in media, entertainment, distribution, or similarly complex commercial environments.
• Experience driving analytics convergence across multiple lines of business.
• Exposure to AI enablement, advanced analytics, or enterprise data initiatives.
• Experience working in large, global enterprise environments.
