About the Role

You will own the growth measurement framework, define metrics and targets, build marketplace and lifecycle value models, establish experimentation practices, analyze large datasets, and turn strategic questions into actionable recommendations. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Restaurants to instrument initiatives and improve reporting automation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, growth analytics, or quantitative strategy
• Expert SQL
• Python or R
• Experience with experimentation and A/B testing
• Causal measurement methods including incrementality and holdouts
• Marketplace, growth, and unit economics knowledge
• Experience with BI tools such as Amplitude, Looker, Mode, or Metabase
• Clear communication with senior audiences

Responsibilities

• Own the growth measurement framework
• Define success metrics, guardrails, and targets
• Build and maintain analytical layers for reporting and scorecards
• Turn strategic growth questions into analysis and recommendations
• Build restaurant scoring, market targeting, customer segmentation, and lifecycle value models
• Identify restaurants, customers, and behaviors that create long-term value
• Establish the experimentation framework
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Restaurants to instrument initiatives
• Build tooling and automation to accelerate analysis and reduce manual reporting
