Senior Content Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote - United States. Candidates residing in Alaska, Delaware, Iowa, Mississippi, Nebraska, South Dakota, West Virginia, or Wisconsin are not considered.

Salary: $143,650–$169,000 for Region 1; $1,300,550–$153,000 as stated for Region 2; $117,300–$138,000 for Region 3. Compensation varies by US location, skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market conditions.

What you will do

• Contribute content strategies aligned with the member journey, support operations, and Member Experience goals.
• Design and maintain taxonomies, metadata schemas, naming conventions, and scalable layouts for internal and external knowledge bases.
• Establish content governance standards, templates, style guides, and lifecycle workflows.
• Build structured knowledge frameworks and content models for Member Care Representatives and partner teams.
• Partner with Support Engineering and Support Operations to create use cases, logic trees, and structured user pathways.
• Drive Generative AI integration and continuous optimization of content workflows, feedback processes, and audit cycles.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in content strategy, content structure design, knowledge management, or customer/member experience.
• Experience building and managing complex technical knowledge bases, content frameworks, or information layouts.
• Experience integrating Generative AI tools into content workflows for categorization, drafting, or search optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing, and technical collaboration skills.
• Ability to simplify complex product mechanics into structured, scannable documentation.
• Proficiency with knowledge base and ticketing platforms such as Zendesk, project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Slack, Google Workspace, and process mapping tools such as Miro.
